1. Welcome to Trevix

At Trevix, we believe in freedom of expression and the ability to share all kinds of creative and diverse content, as long as it’s legal and respectful of others.

We want Trevix to be a place where creators can express themselves without fear of excessive censorship, but also safe for all users.

2. Minimum Age to Use Trevix

Trevix is for users 17 years and older.

To access adult content (18+), the law may require you to be 18 or older, depending on your country.

3. What’s Allowed on Trevix

✅ You can share almost any type of content:

Photos, videos, texts, digital art, music.

Sensual, erotic, or explicit content, as long as:

It’s legal in your country and in the viewer’s country.

It doesn’t involve minors (even in drawings, cartoons, or digital art).

It doesn’t show extreme violence, torture, or illegal acts.

✅ Live streams:

You can live stream many things:

Conversations.

Dance, art, performances.

Adult content (must be marked “18+”).

Not allowed:

Extreme violence or crimes broadcast live.

Explicit sexual content if it’s illegal in your location or the viewer’s.

✅ You can talk about any topic, including:

Politics.

Sexuality.

Social or cultural issues.

At Trevix, we believe ideas should circulate freely, even if controversial, as long as they’re not illegal or incite violent hatred.

4. What’s NOT Allowed

Although we’re a free platform, there are boundaries we cannot cross:

Extreme violence, torture, or snuff content.

Threats, harassment, or violent hate speech toward individuals or groups.

Publishing personal data of others without consent (doxing).

Promoting illegal activities (e.g. drug or weapons sales, sexual exploitation).

Impersonating other people.

Trevix doesn’t seek to censor you, but we must comply with international laws to protect the platform and our users.

We do not review all content before publication.

We may act if:

We receive user reports.

We detect something illegal or violating these policies.

We prefer to talk first, rather than simply delete, unless it’s a serious case.

3 Moderators, who:

Review reported content.

Communicate with users about conflicts.

Interrupt live streams if illegal content is detected.

1 Captain, who:

Oversees moderators.

Handles serious cases.

Proposes improvements to keep Trevix free and safe.

12. Confidentiality and Ethics

All moderation team members must maintain strict confidentiality about user identities and the content they review.

Moderators and the captain cannot share, reproduce, or disclose sensitive or private material viewed as part of their work.

Any abuse of power or data leaks will result in immediate termination and possible legal action.

13. Legal Disclaimer

Trevix promotes and defends creative freedom but will remove any content that, in our judgment, violates these policies, applicable laws, or puts the platform’s safety or reputation at risk.
